Board Member - Board book (add-on)

Open a meeting from your dashboard or 'Meetings' tab:

If you would like to open the agenda only in PDF format, select the 'Agenda' button at the top.

To view all the agenda items and attachments related to the meeting in one single PDF, click on 'Board book' in the top-right corner (you will only see this button if the Board Organizer has composed the board book):

Use the thumbnails on the left, the mouse scroll or the arrows at the bottom of the page to move around:

Use the toolbar to enter full screen mode, print the document, zoom in/out, select, and search throughout the file:

Use the second button in the top-left corner to hide/show the left sidebar. In the sidebar, you can change between thumbnail and bookmark view:

Use the second toolbar to create personal notes. Hide/show the comment sidebar using the button in the top-right corner:
