View and print the board book
Open a meeting from your dashboard or 'Meetings' tab:
If you would like to open the agenda only in PDF format, select the 'Agenda' button at the top.
To view all the agenda items and attachments related to the meeting in one single PDF, click on 'Board book' in the top-right corner (you will only see this button if the Board Organizer has composed the board book):
Use the overview on the left, the mouse scroll or the arrows next to the page numbers to move around:
Use the toolbar to select, zoom in/out, take notes, search, and print:
Use the button on the top-left corner to change between thumbnail, outline (page overview), annotations, and bookmark view:
