Pause and resume an ongoing transcript
If during your meeting any topics are discussed that should not be part of the transcript, you can pause the transcript anytime directly through Apollo. Just click on the transcript icon in the top-right corner, then on "Pause":
The new status is reflected in the transcript icon (this action might however take some seconds to come into effect):
Please note that you will keep seeing the AI bot in your call at this time, however the bot is not recording or transcribing any longer.
Once the off-transcript topics have been discussed, you can easily resume the recording by clicking on the transcript icon again, then on "Resume":

You may also stop the recording and transcription at any time by clicking on "Stop" in the pop-up window or removing the AI bot from your call.
When the meeting is over, stop the transcription by simply ending the online call. You can now proceed with the finalisation of the transcript.
