Submit proposals for circular resolutions
Open the tab 'Proposals', then click on 'Add proposal' in the top-right corner:
Pick the 'Circular resolution' form and fill out the necessary fields:
- Board
- Title of the circular resolution
- What should be decided
- Deadline date & time
- Description
- Attachments (if necessary)
Complete the submission by clicking on 'Propose' in the bottom-right corner:
The Board Organizers will be automatically informed about your circular resolution proposal and start the voting process.
In the overview in the 'Proposals' tab, circular resolution proposals are marked accordingly in order to differentiate them from agenda item proposals:
