Request feedback on agenda to Board Members
In the agenda editor, click on "Request", then on "Request feedback":

Select which Board Members should review the agenda, set a deadline, add a message if desired and confirm the request by clicking on "Request feedback" in the bottom-right corner:

You are notified as soon as the Board Members provide feedback:

Click on the notification to get redirected to the agenda editor and select "Split screen review" in the top-right corner to view the annotations:

Click on an annotation in the middle column to be taken to the corresponding comment in the PDF file. Carry out your modifications in the left column as needed and copy any notes entered as text through the button 'Copy content':

You are now ready to publish the agenda.
