Board Organizer - Share minutes
Share meeting minutes with users, groups, or boards
You can share finalized minutes with individual users, information groups or other boards.
Click on "Share minutes" in the top-right corner to start:

Decide which agenda items to share (1) and with whom (2), then add a message to the recipients if applicable and click on "Share minutes" at the bottom:

If you click on the share symbol at the top right, you can see any previous share history:
