Learn to use the tablet app
The dashboard reflects the one in the web app, with meetings on the left and actions on the right. The board filter can be found at the top, next to the search button and the notification icon. The menu on the left can be expanded:
The search function works like in the web version – it shows results for decisions, to-dos, minutes, and documents separately:
You can view your meetings as a list or on the calendar. Click on the respective symbols to switch between the two views:
Any notifications are shown through the respective button in the top-right corner:
When opening a meeting, you can see the agenda, minutes, and attachments just like in the web version:
In addition, you can download one or more meetings to have them ready for review when you are offline (e.g. while flying), including all the attachments. Use the download symbol or the three-dot menu next to the meeting you wish to download:
Get ready for the meeting by easily taking personal notes on the attached documents using your tablet pen or the keyboard as preferred:
If a live voting is started during a meeting, you are notified through the app and invited to vote. You can of course close the banner notification anytime:
When requested to review the meeting minutes, you are notified and taken to the PDF viewer. Click on the 'Edit' symbol to open the tool sidebar and easily add your comments by using your tablet pen or the keyboard as preferred:
Click on 'Show all reviews' to view the comments left by the other board members with real-time updates:
A list overview is available through the options on the right side:
On the Decisions tab you can work just like in the web version, opening decisions, reviewing their progress, leaving comments, and filtering at the top:
On the to-dos tab you can work just like in the web version, opening tasks, leaving comments, marking them as done, and filtering at the top:
You can open and comment on proposals on the app, however creating a proposal is only possible in the web version:
The file storage section has its own search function:
The app settings are limited with respect to the web version:
In the profile settings you can change your name, preferred language, password, and signature:
In the notification settings you can change the email frequency and activate/deactivate the push notifications:
Under 'Board members' you can see who else is part of your board(s) and with which role:
