Board Organizer - Request agenda items

Request agenda item proposals to Board Members

As a Board Organizer, you can request Board Members to propose agenda items for the upcoming meetings. The items proposed can either be added directly to a meeting by the responsible Board Member or be included in the proposal pool, which - provided the items are not time-critical - are dealt with in a later meeting as deemed appropriate by the Board Organizer.

The process starts by opening a meeting for proposals by clicking on “Request agenda item” in the agenda editor:

Set a deadline and add a message if desired, then click on "Request agenda items":

The request is sent out to the meeting board.

You are notified as soon as a proposal is submitted:

The proposal appears at the bottom of the respective agenda. In the middle you can see the item type and duration:

Use the options on the right to add the proposal to the current meeting agenda, add it to a later meeting, or delete it if outdated. Click on the "Expand" button to view the proposal details (description, guests, and proposer):

If your board is enabled to submit proposal for any meeting as a default, the Board Members will be able to submit items to any meeting, without any need for you to request suggestions manually for each individual agenda. See more details on how to change the proposal submission settings in this article.
