Move between the agenda items using the arrows at the top: ![](https://help.apollo.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-27-2025-09-29-08-6391-AM.png?width=688&height=379&name=image-png-Feb-27-2025-09-29-08-6391-AM.png)   On the right side, you will see an overview of the board member comments as well as the minutes in PDF showing all the reviews. In the overview column, the type of annotation (drawing, sticky note, or text) is shown together with the name of the board member and the review date.
