The different user roles in Apollo.ai
The “Board Organizer” role has extensive editing rights in Apollo.ai, including:
- Creating agendas
- Writing meeting minutes
- Creating circular resolutions
- Finalising & tracking meeting results
The “Board Member” role has dashboard, search, voting, and commenting rights, including:
- Receiving agendas
- Adding notes to documents
- Approving and signing meeting minutes
- Voting on circular resolutions
- Receiving decision reports
The “Board Admin” role administers the board and grants permissions to the board members.
The User role is a meeting guest with limited rights, such as:
- Providing documents for meetings
- Receiving information on meetings, decisions, and tasks
- Taking over tasks
- Being responsible for decisions
- Creating decision reports
Apollo.ai users can, if needed, take on multiple roles, either on a short-term basis or permanently.
In the secure file storage (add-on) the following access levels are available for user-uploaded files & folders:
- View only: Open files in the integrated viewer. No download or print option.
- View and print: Open files in the integrated viewer and print them through the dedicated button. No download option.
- View and download: Open files in the integrated viewer and download them in PDF format through the dedicated button. No print option.
- Print and download: Open files in the integrated viewer, download them in PDF format and print them.
- Full access: Open files in the integrated viewer, download them in the original format and print them.
- Admin: Open files in the integrated viewer, download them in the original format and print them. View, add or remove access rights. Upload new files and folders.
